Overview
This is a fully automated solution for many of the time consuming tasks associated with the acceptance and processing of change orders.
Features
Using PC-based Client/Server technology, Comp-U-Order provides order acceptance and inquiry via touchtone telephone, as well as file import, standing orders and manual entry.
An optional WebCUO module provides matching functionality for Intranet- or Internet-based access with SSL security support. Sophisticated configurations ensure delivery on the date requested by accepting only those orders with correct media amounts and necessary date handling. Comp-U-Order automatically generates forms and labels, DDA charges and G/L Tickets, Pick Lists and Manifests, based upon the accepted orders.
The entire automated process reduces error liability and labor costs while ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
