| Glory started in Japan in 1918 with the founding of the Kokuei Machine
Manufacturing Company. The founders provided long-lasting, well-built machines
and responsive customer service that would be the company's enduring reputation.
Long-term contracts with Japan's Ministry of Finance and other financial
organizations internationally followed. In 1950, the newly established
Glory Ltd. of Japan proudly introduced to the world its first coin counting
